Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Our Cancellation Policy: If you do not canceled your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of your service. If you no show/no call or cancel your appointment the day of you will be charged 100% of the service If you are running 15 minutes or more behind we may ask you to cancel and reschedule your appointment, if this happens after the 15 minute grace period you will be charged 100% of your service. BEFORE COMING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT : make sure to come with a clean face - no lotion or moisturizer on your face - do not drink coffee right before your appointment, we need your eyes to be relaxed. thank you, we can’t wait to meet you all!!
